Students are accepted in the academic programs based on:
Academic Programs – Arabic Track
Students must demonstrate proficiency in the Arabic language, which is assessed by the following:

The student is considered to have met the requirements if his/her high school GPA is (65%) or higher.

If the student’s high school GPA is between (60% -64%), the student’s Arabic language score in the secondary school certificate must be (70%) or higher.

If the student's score is (70%) or higher in the Arabic language course, the student is exempted from taking a placement test and can register for college level courses.

If the student’s score is less than (70%) in the Arabic language course, the student must take an Arabic language placement test.
Placement Test

The student passes the placement test and is allowed to enroll in college level courses.

The student enrolls in Arabic Language Foundation I course.

The student enrolls in Arabic Language Foundation II course.

Students that are enrolled in Arabic Language Foundation courses will be allowed to register for some college level courses at the same time, provided that the total number of credit hours during the semester does not exceed (12) credit hours.
Academic BA Programs – English Track
Students must demonstrate proficiency in the English language, which is assessed by the following:

The student is considered to have met the requirements if his/her high school GPA is (65%) or higher.

The student is exempted from taking a placement test if he/she has obtained a grade of (C) in three subjects, including two course requirements in the A-Level, CIMP or IB test, or its equivalent.

The student is considered to have met the requirements if his/her high school GPA is less than (65%) and has an IELTS score of (5.0) (or higher) or its equivalent.

The student must take the English placement test if his/her high school GPA is less than (65%) and the IELTS score is less than (5.0) or its equivalent. Depending on the student’s score in the placement test, the possible outcome can be:
