Provost's List

The Provost’s List is an academic award that recognizes high achieving students at the university. The award is announced and issued by the university’s Provost at the end of the two semesters: fall and spring. Students must fulfill the following conditions in order to be placed on the Provost's list:

Obtain a minimum GPA of 3.8.
The academic load should not be less than 15 credit hours per semester.
Must pass all courses with a grade of (B) or better, with the exception for courses that have been taken with a Pass/Fail grade.
Must have enrolled and completed a minimum of 30 credit hours.
Must be in good standing and is not on any disciplinary status including academic warning or probation for the duration of their studies at the university.

Dean’s List

The Dean’s list is announced at the end the fall and spring semesters. Students must fulfill the following conditions in order to be placed on the Dean's list:

Obtain a minimum GPA of 3.50 in the previous semester.
The academic load should not be less than 15 credit hours for that semester.
Must pass all courses with a final grade of (C), with the exception of courses that issue a Pass or Fail grade.
New students are enrolled on the dean’s list as of their second semester at the university, after completing the first semester and a minimum of 15 credit hours.
Must be in good standing and is not on any disciplinary status including academic warning or probation for the semester.
