  • Dropping a course / semester: Any student who drops one or more courses, or withdraw from the semester after the add/drop period has expired must pay a fine, as follows:

  • Deferring admission: If a student wishes to defer his/her admission (reserving a seat for the following semester), it will result in a fine of 4,000 QR.  The fine amount will be deducted from the fees of the following semester.
