• Local applicants:

Local applicants to Lusail University are those who hold a Qatari high school diploma or its equivalent and hold a valid Qatari ID during the application period for admission to the university.

They are accepted in the majors they applied for in a competitive way based on their GPA in the Qatari High School Diploma or its equivalent. Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements will take a placement test to ensure the applicant’s proficiency in the program language. Based on the applicant’s test score, he/she will be directly accepted into the program or enrolled in the foundation program of Lusail University.
