• Transfer students

Transferred students to Lusail University are students who have completed a number of academic hours in other colleges or universities inside or outside Qatar and wish to continue their bachelor’s studies at Lusail University.

They must hold a valid Qatari ID during the application period for university admission. It is also required that the university or college from which they are transferred is recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the State of Qatar. Transferred students can apply online through the university’s official website. After completing the admission application, an equivalency for the hours completed is made by the Registration Department at Lusail University. Accordingly, a maximum of 60 credit hours is transferred based on a matching percentage of 90% or more, between the courses that the student has completed and their counterpart courses at Lusail University.
