The third volume, Rules of Obligation, provides an in-depth examination of the rules governing obligations in Qatari civil law, focusing on their execution, characteristics, transfer, and termination. It compares legal texts with those of other legal systems and presents relevant rulings from the Qatari Court of Cassation.
The fourth volume, Principal Real Rights, discusses real property rights in Qatari civil law, with a focus on the right of ownership and its associated real rights. It also addresses special legislation and judicial rulings issued by Qatari and Arab courts.
The fifth volume, Insurance Law, explores the technical and legal aspects of the insurance industry in Qatar, covering the fundamentals and key elements of insurance. It reviews the legal provisions governing insurance contracts in Qatari law, comparing them with Arab and foreign legislation, while highlighting judicial applications from the Qatari Court of Cassation and other supreme courts.
