Next, the book explores manslaughter, detailing the manifestations of negligence, clarifying the causal relationship in such crimes, and concluding with the prescribed penalty for manslaughter. This is followed by a study of the crime of abortion. After discussing crimes against persons, the book also studies the crimes against property, including theft, fraud, and breach of trust. A significant part is dedicated to the crime of issuing a bad check, covering its prerequisite condition, defining a check along with the various forms of this crime, its mental element, and the prescribed penalties.
