Under the patronage and presence of Her Excellency Mrs. Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, Minister of Education and Higher Education, Lusail University will celebrate tomorrow, Monday, 18 May 2026, the graduation ceremony of the Class of 2026 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), in an academic and national atmosphere reflecting the university’s mission in preparing national talents and empowering them to contribute to development goals and the knowledge-based economy.
This year’s ceremony holds special significance as it marks the graduation of the first cohort of students from the College of Information Technology, reflecting the university’s qualitative academic expansion and its responsiveness to labor market demands and the accelerating digital transformation at both local and international levels.
The ceremony will also witness the graduation of the first cohort of master’s students in Digital Marketing and International Affairs, further reinforcing the university’s commitment to offering modern academic programs aligned with global developments and contributing to the preparation of competitive and innovative professionals in vital and strategic fields.
The ceremony will feature a number of segments that reflect the university’s identity and educational mission, in addition to honoring outstanding students in recognition of their academic excellence and achievements, in the presence of official and academic guests, as well as the families of graduates.
