The Training and Continuing Education Center at Lusail University aims to support faculty and staff members to define and achieve their educational and professional goals. It offers professional development, capacity building, and lifelong learning to achieve Qatar Vision 2030.

Center Objectives

1. Develop employees’ performance at Lusail University and the community through various training plans.
2. Organize training activities that enhance quality assurance, evaluation, and accreditation.
3. Develop effective methods for implementing and evaluating all training courses.
4. Design training packages in a systematic and organized way.
5. Update information and resources of training programs using modern technologies.
6. Provide faculty and staff with local and international professional development activities.
7. Sign agreements with higher education institutions inside and outside Qatar.
8. Strengthen relations with companies to provide training for individuals and institutions.
9. Organize the exchange of professors and researchers with common interests.

Registration Steps

Step 1: Application
Fill out the registration form for the course that you would like to register via the link for the course.
Step 2: Payment
Complete the payment fees mentioned in the course schedule by personally visiting the finance department on the ground floor of the men’s building at Lusail University. Payment can be made by bank card or cash.
Step 3: Confirmation
The Training and Continuing Education Center will send a registration confirmation email to the email address registered in the form, along with all the details related to the training course or language course.

Program Objectives:

  • Prepare international students who are non-native Arabic speakers to enroll in various university programs.
  • Meet the increasing demand for learning Arabic from non-native speakers.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of the Arabic language and enhance its global role and status.
  • Contribute to the cultural dialogue between nations, promote Arab-Islamic culture, and strengthen its global presence.
  • Contribute to training Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers.
  • Bridge cooperation with community institutions.
  • Attract specialized professionals in teaching Arabic.

Terms and conditions:

  • The course instructions will be sent exclusively by email one week before the course start date.
  • All courses are subject to sufficient enrollment of participants.
  • Electronic certificate of attendance sent upon 70% attendance.
  • All credit cards can be used for payment.
  • Payment and refunds are processed in Qatari Riyals.
