The establishment of the Quality Assurance Department at Lusail University is closely associated with the founding of the University itself, driven by a fundamental and noble objective: continuous development and enhancement of performance in accordance with national, regional, and international standards. This is pursued through the principles of trust, support, collaboration, openness, transparency, and a strong sense of responsibility among the various University units, as well as with external reference institutions and stakeholders. The Department also ensures the involvement of beneficiaries—students, graduates, faculty members, administrative staff, employers, and community members—in planning and evidence-based evaluation processes.
