Lusail University proudly announces the participation of its student, Nour Al-Azzawi, from the College of Information Technology, in the Huawei ICT Competition 2023-2024, which is considered an international platform for competition and exchange among students. The competition aims to provide an opportunity for students affiliated with Huawei ICT Academies, as well as students in higher education institutions wishing to join the Huawei ICT Academy program around the world.
Through this competition, Huawei seeks to provide a platform for students to compete positively and exchange ideas, contributing to enhancing their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of information and communication technology. It also contributes to developing their ability to innovate using modern technologies and platforms. Since the launch of the first edition of the competition in 2015, the influence of the Huawei competition has continued to grow increasingly, attracting more than 170,000 students from over 2,000 colleges and universities in more than 80 countries and regions around the world.
Nour achieved a remarkable accomplishment, securing one of the highest ranks in the competition in the Cloud Computing track, reflecting her expertise and commitment to cloud technologies. She emphasized that this experience not only expanded her technical skills but also increased her passion for innovation and problem-solving in the fields of Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence. Nour expressed her looking forward to more adventures and new experiences in this vital field.
