Our Mission: The Training and Continuing Education Center at Lusail University aims to support faculty and staff members to define and achieve their educational and professional goals. The center includes services based on the needs of individuals and institutions in Qatar community. It also offers a variety of training programs and advanced services that aim to provide professional and personal development, capacity building, and lifelong learning to achieve Qatar Vision 2023.
- Develop the employees’ performance at Lusail University and the community in general, by offering various training plans and programs that can achieve the center’s goals.
- Organize training activities that enhance quality assurance, evaluation, and accreditation in coordination with counterpart units inside and outside the university.
- Develop effective methods for implementing and evaluating all training courses.
- Design training packages in a systematic and organized way.
- Develop and update information and resources of training programs with the use of modern and various technologies.
- Provide faculty and staff members with all information related to local and international professional development activities, to develop professional performance.
- Sign agreements with counterparts in higher education institutions inside and outside the State of Qatar in a way that achieves the goals of the university and the center.
- Strengthen relations with companies to provide the necessary training that helps individuals and institutions in the Qatari community to develop their performance.
- Organize the exchange of professors and researchers between the university and counterparts with common interests and goals inside and outside the State of Qatar.
Registration steps for courses at the Training and Continuing Education Center:
- Fill out the registration form for the course that you would like to registrar via the link for the course:
- Complete the payment fees mentioned in the course schedule by personally visiting the finance department on the ground floor of the men’s building at Lusail University. Payment can be made by bank card or cash.
- The Training and Continuing Education Center will send a registration confirmation email to the email address registered in the form, along with all the details related to the training course or language course.

Registration policy:

- Complete the payment fees mentioned in the course schedule by personally visiting the finance department on the ground floor of the men’s building at Lusail University. Payment can be made by bank card or cash.
- The Training and Continuing Education Center will send a registration confirmation email to the email address registered in the form, along with all the details related to the program.
Terms and conditions:
- The course instructions will be sent exclusively by email one week before the course start date.
- All courses are subject to sufficient enrollment of participants.
- The electronic certificate of attendance will be emailed on the final day of the course provided the participant has attended a minimum of 70% of the classes.
- All credit cards can be used for payment.
- Lusail University does not retain credit card numbers or expiration dates.
- Payment and refunds are processed in Qatari Riyals.
Program Objectives:
- Prepare international students who are non-native Arabic speakers to enroll in various university programs.
- Meet the increasing demand for learning Arabic from non-native speakers.
- Contribute to the dissemination of the Arabic language and enhance its global role and status.
- Contribute to the cultural dialogue between nations, promote Arab-Islamic culture, and strengthen its global presence.
- Contribute to training Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers.
- Bridge cooperation with community institutions in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
- Attract specialized professionals in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
Progamme Duration: 9 months
Frequency: 4 hours/day – 5 days/week
Fees: 12000 QAR
