General Rules

  • The maximum absence limit is 25% of the total lectures during the semester.
  • A student is considered present if they provide an acceptable excuse, provided they attend remotely or watch recorded lectures via Blackboard.

Maternity Leave Medical report from Gov/Private center 3 Weeks
Military Service Summons Letter 3 Weeks
Accompanying a First-degree Patient Accompanying Letter 3 Weeks

Procedures

  • Submit the excuse to the instructor via email.
  • Attend lectures remotely or watch recorded sessions during the period.
  • If the instructor rejects the excuse, the student can appeal to the College Dean, whose decision is final.
