Student Lockers

Lusail University provides students with lockers’ service to facilitate the daily storage of their learning materials on campus. The Student Life department manages the lockers to ensure their proper use according to the following regulations:

Students can apply electronically to the lockers’ service, on the dates pre-determined by the Student Life Department.
Students can apply for lockers’ service every semester.
Locker registrations are valid until the last day of finals each semester.
Student can have only one locker per semester.
The student must empty the locker and clean it up at the end of rental period and hand over the key to the student Services unit within the specified time limit. If not, the University will remove the contents within 24 hours of the deadline.
The student must inform the Student Services Unit of any damage to the locker during its rental period.
It is forbidden to store any perishable, flammable, or prohibited items or explosive materials in the locker. Therefore, seizing any of these materials inside the lockers will result in the termination of the lease and student shall be subject to disciplinary actions.
Lockers are not to be shared, and any violation of this will result in the termination of the student's usage of the locker.
The university is not responsible for the loss of items stored in lockers.
The university has the right to inspect the lockers if it is necessary.
The university has the right to terminate the rent in case of misuse.
The student can submit a replacement key request for QR50
